Shall the Governing Board of Flowing Wells Unified School District No. 8 of Pima County, Arizona, adopt a General Maintenance and Operation Budget which includes an amount that exceeds the revenue control limit specified by statute by ten percent (10%) for fiscal year 2012-2013 and for six (6) subsequent years as described below? The 2012-2013 budget override authority represents an extension of the existing budget override authority which is scheduled to phase down by one-third for fiscal year 2012-2013 and another one-third in fiscal year 2013-2014 and terminate June 30, 2014, if the voters do not approve the continuation.
