A Fort Zumwalt School District Bond Measure was on the April 5, 2011 ballot in the Fort Zumwalt school district area of St. Charles County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 8,181 (66.49%)Approveda
  • NO 4,123 (33.51%)[1]

This measure sought to issue a bond in the amount of $18.5 million in order to help pay lease obligations as well as previous bond repayments.[2] The bond will not add to the current tax rate and school officials noted that this will help lower the deficit in the district. Even after this measure got approved, the district noted that cuts will still likely be made.[3]
