A Fox River Grove Village Electricity Aggregation Question was on the April 5, 2011 ballot in the village of Fox River Grove which is in both Lake and McHenry Counties.

This measure sought to acquire lower electricity costs for residents and businesses by grouping them and obtaining lower rates. Residents or businesses could opt out of the aggregation if they wanted.[3] The village had hosted an informational meeting with the goal of helping residents understand what aggregation would mean for them as well as allowing residents to pose questions about the proposal.[4]
