Francis M. Devaney is a judge for the Superior Court of San Diego County in California. He was appointed by former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger on January 24, 2005 to succeed Vincent P. DiFiglia. Devaney was most recently re-elected in 2012 and his current term will expire in January 2019.
