Frank Mann, Jr. was a judge of the Lee County Court Group 3 in Florida. He was elected to this position on November 2, 2010.[1][2] He resigned from the court in September 2015. His last day was September 29.[3]

Mann won 47.6 percent of the vote in the primary. He then defeated Miguel C. Fernandez with 56.50 percent of the vote in the general election.[1]
