|Shall Frenchtown Charter Township increase its Authorized Charter Millage by a new additional one (1.0) mill ($1.00 per $1000 of taxable value which would, for example, result in a tax of $50 for a property with a taxable value of $50,000), over and above the authorized charter limitation of the Township of five (5.0) mills plus the two (2.0) mills previously authorized by the voters for Fire Department administration and funding on August 3rd, 2010 for a total authorized charter limitation (exclusive of millage approved for Lake Erie Transit Authority) of eight (8.0) mills; for the purpose of funding Township Fire Department Operations, Capital Improvements, Repairs and Maintenance; to be levied against all taxable property in Frenchtown Charter Township for a period of five (5) years being years 2012 through 2016; and which if approved will raise in the first year of levy estimated revenue of $1,163,482.00.|
