Gary Dellinger was a district court judge for the 25th Judicial District, which presides over Burke, Caldwell, and Catawba counties of North Carolina. He was appointed to the court by former Governor Mike Easley in February 2007. Dellinger was then elected to the court in 2008 and re-elected in 2012. His term expired in 2016.[1][2]

Education

Dellinger received his undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law.[1]

Career

Before his appointment to the court in 2007, Dellinger served as an assistant district attorney in the 25th Judicial District for twenty-five years.[1]

2012 election

Dillinger was re-elected to the 25th Judicial District without opposition on November 6, 2012.[3][4]
