CITY OF GLENWOOD SPRINGS BALLOT QUESTION A: SHALL THE CITY OF GLENWOOD SPRINGS BE AUTHORIZED TO SELL OR OTHERWISE CONVEY ITS INTEREST IN TWO PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON COLORADO AVENUE BETWEEN 7TH STREET AND 8TH STREET: (1) A WHOLLY OWNED PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS LOTS C AND D AND THE NORTH 20' OF LOT 23 OF BLOCK 43 OF THE ORIGINAL TOWNSITE OF GLENWOOD SPRINGS, AND (2) AN UNDIVIDED ONE-HALF INTEREST IN THE PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS LOTS 1 AND 2 OF BLOCK 43 OF THE ORIGINAL TOWNSITE OF GLENWOOD SPRINGS?[1]
