Gloria Butler (b. December 25, 1941) is a Democratic member of the Georgia State Senate, representing District 55. She was first elected to the chamber in 1998.

Biography

Butler earned her B.A. from Perimeter College in 1984. Her professional experience includes working as a Fiscal Accounting Assistant for the Health Sciences Center Library at Emory University, Legislative Assistant for United States Congresswoman McKinney, Assistant to the Director for AmeriCorps Team for National Service, and Executive Assistant for the Dekalb County Sheriff's Office.
