The Montana Government Finance Restrictions Amendment, also known as CI-67, was an initiated constitutional amendment on the November 8, 1994 ballot in Montana, where it was defeated.
CI-67 sought to require a 2/3 vote by governing bodies to enact new or increase taxes or fees, or to increase spending.
