A Graham School District Levy Addition measure was on the May 3, 2011 ballot in the Graham school district area which is in Champaign County.

This measure sought to add to the current levy by a rate of $.80 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to help pay for emergency requirements of the school district.[2]

The question on the ballot:

Shall a levy be imposed by the Graham Local School District, Counties of Champaign and Shelby for the purpose of EMERGENCY REQUIREMENTS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT in the sum of $ 1,800,000 and a levy of taxes be made outside of the ten-mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to average 8 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.80 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012?[3]
