Grandview Heights Charter Amendment (November 2011)

This measure sought to amend the charter so as to make the rules for Nominations to positions conform to state laws. City officials noted that this was not a controversial measure and hoped voters would approve it. No new language will be added to the charter, just the current section which does not fit state laws will be removed since the measure was approved. The change will affect the next year election candidates.
