The question on the ballot:

The Commission of Public Hospital District No. 3, Grant County, Washington, adopted Resolution No. 2012-01 concerning a proposition to finance improvements to the District’s health care facilities. This proposition would authorize the District to make improvements to the District’s health care facilities including improvements to the acute care, physical therapy, laboratory, ambulatory and long-term care facilities of Columbia Basin Hospital; issue no more than $13,000,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within 25 years; and levy annual excess property taxes to repay the bonds, all as provided in Resolution No. 2012-01.[3]
