The question on the ballot:

The Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire Protection District No. 7, Grays Harbor County, Washington, adopted Resolution No. 011-008 concerning a proposition to restore the District’s regular property tax levy. The proposition authorizes the District to restore its regular property tax levy to an amount not to exceed $1.00 per $1,000 of assessed value to pay for maintenance, operations, and capital facilities, to be levied in 2012 for collection in 2013. The 2013 levy amount will be used to calculate subsequent levy limits as allowed by Chapter 84.55 RCW.[3]
