A Gridley Unified School District bond proposition, Measure C was on the June 5, 2012 ballot for voters in the Gridley Unified School District in Butte County.

This measure was defeated; if voters had approved it, the school district would have been authorized to borrow $11 million.

A 55 percent supermajority vote was required for approval.

MEASURE C: "Shall Gridley Unified School District acquire, construct, repair, equip school facilities by issuing $11,000,000 of bonds at legal interest rates, with independent citizens' oversight and NO money for administrators' or be taken by the State?"[1]
