Language on the ballot:
|“||A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Harmony Township (excluding the Village of South Vienna) for the purpose of road resurfacing and road repair at a rate not exceeding 1.8 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.18 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.
