Hawaii State Association of Counties

The Hawaii State Association of Counties is a government sector lobbying associations in Hawaii. It is the Hawaii chapter of the National Association of Counties.


For the 2009 summer conference of the Hawaii State County Association, five of the nine Hawaii County Council members went to Kaua’i. County Clerk Kenny Goodenow stated at the time that he would not know how much the taxpayer-funded trip cost until the end of the trip, but the hotel rate was $129 per night.[1]
