The Health and Human Services Committee is a standing committee of the New Hampshire State Senate. It was known as the Health, Education, and Human Services Committee from 2011 to 2015.

Per the Senate Rules, committees of the New Hampshire State Senate are assigned by the President of the Senate after consultation with the Minority Leader.[1] It is not stated when committees are selected, or what constitutes a committee's quorum. The President is not recognized as an "ex officio" member of any committee.
