Herbert Hilliard is the current chairman of the Tennessee Regulatory Authority. He was first appointed to the agency in July 2012 by Governor Bill Haslam, Lt. Governor Ron Ramsey and House Speaker Beth Harwell.[1][2]

Biography

Hilliard has spent 42 years at First Horizon and is currently the board chair for the National Civil Rights Museum, a board member of Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Tennessee and a commissioner for the Memphis/Shelby County Airport Authority.[1]
