Shall the Town of Highland Beach amend its Charter at Section 1.05 regarding the Town's General Corporate Authority, Section 1.06 regarding Term Limits, Section 1.07 regarding Commission Meetings, Section 2.01 regarding Land Clearance and Littering, Sections 3.03 and 3.04 regarding Commissioners' Responsibilities for the Town, Sections 4.01 and 4.03 regarding the Hiring, Firing and Discipline of the Police Chief and Town Clerk, and Section 9.03 regarding the Limitations of Legal Action Against the Town?
