|“||Shall the non-exclusive franchise granted for thirty (30) years by the Charter Township of Holland, County of Ottawa, State of Michigan, to the City of Holland, to use the streets, alleys, and other public places of the Township for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy, to construct electric lines, towers, poles, and appurtenances, to operate and maintain the same, and to transact local business in the Township, all subject to reasonable regulations as the Township Board shall prescribe from time to time, be confirmed?||”|
