Homer Bone

Homer Truett Bone (b. 1883, d. 1970) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He was appointed by President Franklin D. Roosevelt, then confirmed by the United States Senate on April 1, 1944.[1]


Judge Bone attended Tacoma Law School, where he received his degree in 1911.[1]
