The question on the ballot:

Shall the City of Hudsonville levy within the City an additional 0.60 of one mill in ad valorem property taxes (which is equal to $0.60 per $1,000 of taxable value of all real and personal property subject to taxation) for the period 2012 through 2014 inclusive for the purpose of providing public transportation services in the City? The amount raised by such levy in the first year is estimated at $122,885.[3]
