Idaho Assessors and Ex-officio Tax Collectors, SJR 6(a) (1910)
The Idaho Assessors and Ex-officio Tax Collectors Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 6(a), was on the November 8, 1910 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized Assessors and ex-officio Tax Collectors to employ deputies and clerical assistants when empowered by County Commissioners. Senate Joint Resolution 6 placed this measure, the Remove Disqualification of County Assessors Amendment and the Remove Disqualification of Sheriffs Amendment on the ballot.
