The Idaho Change State Auditor Title Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 16, was on the November 8, 1994 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure changed the title of State Auditor to State Controller. The measure also prohibited the State Controller from performing any post-audit functions.[1]
