The Idaho Disbursement of Moneys Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 7, was on the November 5, 1940 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure gave the legislature the power to prescribe methods for disbursement of moneys in cooperation with the United States government.[1]
