The Idaho Legislature to Provide for County, Township and Precinct Officers Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 4, was on the November 6, 1906 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have allowed legislature by general and uniform law to provide for county, township and precinct officers.[1]
