The Idaho Property Qualification for the Division and Creation of Counties Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 8, was on the November 8, 1898 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure prescribed property qualifications for the division and creation of counties.[1]
