The Idaho Remove Disqualification of Sheriffs Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 6(c), was on the November 8, 1910 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure removed the disqualification of Sheriffs to succeed themselves. Senate Joint Resolution 6 placed this measure, the Assessors and Ex-officio Tax Collectors Amendment and the Remove Disqualification of County Assessors Amendment on the ballot.[1]
