The Idaho Remove Initiative Restriction Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 112, was on the November 4, 1980 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure removed a restriction that limited initiatives to gubernatorial election years.[1]
