The Idaho Separation of the Offices of Probate Judges and County Superindendents of Public Instruction Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 3 and House Joint Resolution 4, was on the November 6, 1894 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure separated the offices of Probate Judges from county Superintendents of Public Instruction.[1]
