Jeanne Paquette is the Maine Commissioner of Labor since August 2012. Paquette was appointed by Gov. Paul LePage in August 2012.[1]

She previously served as the deputy to former commissioner Robert Winglass, who stepped down from his position in August 2012.[1]


Paquette has previous experience as a business owner and a human resources professional.[2] Paquette is a past member of the Maine State Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Maine Jobs Council and several non-profit boards.[2]
