Jeffery "Jeff" Arnold is a Democratic member of the Louisiana House of Representatives, representing District 102. He was first elected to the chamber in a special election on April 6, 2002.


Arnold earned his B.A. in Management/Marketing/Finance from Southeastern Louisiana University. His professional experience includes working as a banking relationship manager and business consultant.

On October 22, 2011, Arnold won re-election to District 61 of the Louisiana House of Representatives. He defeated Carlos Williams (D) in the October 22 primary. Because Louisiana uses a blanket primary system, a candidate can be declared the overall winner of the seat by garnering 50 percent +1 of the vote in the primary.
