Biography
Jerry Tucker was born in Charleston, West Virginia. He earned a high school diploma from Capital High School and an associate degree from BridgeValley Community and Technical College in 2014. His career experience includes working as an information technology professional and volunteer police reserve. Tucker has been affiliated with the Independent Order of Odd Fellows.[1]
