Jim Read
Jim Read (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Minnesota House of Representatives to represent District 13A. Read lost in the general election on November 6, 2018.
Read was a 2014 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 6th Congressional District of Minnesota. Read dropped out after losing the Democratic-Farmer-Labor (DFL) endorsement to Joe Perske at the Democratic convention.

Read ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent Minnesota's 6th District.[1] Read withdrew from the race after Joe Perske won the Democratic-Farmer-Labor (DFL) endorsement at the Democratic convention.[2]
