Jim Rogers was a 2014 Democratic candidate seeking election to the U.S. Senate in Oklahoma in a 2014 special election to fill Tom Coburn's seat.[1] Oklahoma State Senator Constance Johnson and Rogers were the highest vote recipients in the June 24 Democratic primary. They faced off in the runoff primary on August 26, 2014, and Johnson emerged as the winner.[2][3]
