Joe Heckstall (b. October 2, 1946) was a Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing the 62nd District from 1995 to 2013. He served on the Eastpoint City Council from 1981-1994.

Heckstall has worked as a corporate motivational speaker/President of the Powerfilled Think, a sales trainer, and a television talk show host.

He is a member of 5 Star Speakers, Black Clergy Appreciation Trustee Board, Police Appreciation, and a Trustee with the Metro Atlanta Red Cross.[1]

Heckstall ran for re-election to the 62nd District seat in 2010. He had no opposition in the July 20 primary and no one filed to run against him in the general election. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[2]
