Shall Johannesburg-Lewiston Area Schools, Otsego, Montmorency and Oscoda Counties, Michigan, borrow the sum of not to exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) and issue its general obligation unlimited tax bonds therefore, for the purpose of purchasing school buses?
