John Edwards (Arkansas)
John Charles Edwards is a former Democratic member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing District 35 from 2009 to 2015. Edwards did not seek re-election in 2014.
Biography
Edwards' professional experience includes working as a lawyer. Edwards served as a Colonel in the National Guard, and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.[1]

Edwards ran for re-election in the 2012 election for Arkansas House of Representatives, District 35. Edwards ran unopposed in the May 22 Democratic primary and defeated Patrice Wolfe (R) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]

Edwards won re-election to the 38th District seat in 2010. He faced no opposition.[5]
2008
On November 4, 2008, Edwards won election to the 38th District Seat in the Arkansas House of Representatives, defeating opponent Kelly Eichler (R).[6]
Edwards raised $149,590 for his campaign, while Eichler raised $127,312.[7]
