John Green was a Democratic candidate for Public Service Commissioner in the 2014 elections. Green is a member of the Omaha Public Power District board of directors and the former attorney for the City of Gretna.[1][2]

Green ran for election to the office of Public Service Commissioner.[2] Green lost to Crystal Rhoades in the Democratic primary on May 13, 2014.[3] The general election takes place November 4, 2014.
