Lamanna currently serves as Executive Director at Timber Ridge School, where he has worked for 35 years. The school helps emotionally disturbed and behaviorally disordered adolescent boys. He has a Doctorate in Personnel Services from Virginia Tech. Outside of his duties, he enjoys travel, gardening, and volunteerism.
Lamanna was re-elected in an unopposed race on November 5, 2013.
