Joyce McDonald was a 2014 Republican candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 10th Congressional District of Washington.[1][2] Incumbent Denny Heck (D) and McDonald were the top two vote-getters in the blanket primary.[3] Joyce McDonald lost the general election on November 4, 2014.

Biography

McDonald graduated magna cum laude from Northwest University with a B.A. in organizational management in 2003.[4][5]

Career

McDonald was a member of the Washington House of Representatives from 1996 to 2000 and 2002 to 2008.[5]
