Keith David Halloran was a Democratic candidate for the New Hampshire House of Representatives in the 7th District of Cheshire County.

Halloran gained notoriety in August 2010 due to a comment he left on his Facebook page. Following the death of former Alaska Senator Ted Stevens and several friends in a tragic small airplane accident, Halloran posted a comment on his Facebook page that said, "Just wish Sarah and Levy (sic) were on board..."[1]. The Facebook comment was a reference to former Alaskan Governor and Republican vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin and Levi Johnson, Bristol Palin's ex-fiance.

Halloran posted the comment expressing his wish that Palin and Johnson had been on board the ill-fated plane that crashed into the side of a mountain in Alaska as its occupants were headed on a fishing trip after Republican DJ Bettencourt posted the thought, "I find it truly sad and sickening that some folks can’t find a way to be positive or at least keep quiet about someone when they pass away."[2]
