Ken Guin was a Democratic member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing the 14th District from 1994 to 2010.


Guin's professional experience includes working as an attorney for his own firm Ken Guin Attorney at Law, PC, attorney for Hardin, Taber, and Tucker from 1988-1990 and attorney for Laird and Wiley from 1987-1988.

Guin serves as Lay Leader/Young Adult Sunday School Teacher for the First United Methodist Church of Carbon Hill. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the State Legislative Leader Foundation, Chairman of Trustees of the United Methodist Church, Jasper District and on the Board of the Walker Baptist Medical Center.[1]
