The Kentucky Dissolution of Treasurer's Office Amendment is not on the 2014 ballot in Kentucky as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. This amendment measure was introduced in the legislature as Senate Bill 58. If approved, the measure would have dissolved the position of treasurer and transfered the duties to the state Finance Cabinet.[1][2]

This amendment was introduced in the legislature as Senate Bill 58. As of March 12, 2014, it was in the House Elections, Const. Amendments & Intergovernmental Affairs Committee.[2]

Had 60% of the membership of each chamber of the Kentucky General Assembly approved it, the proposed amendment would have been placed on the ballot at the general election on November 4, 2014.
