CHELAN COUNTY WASHINGTON
dba LAKE CHELAN COMMUNITY HOSPITAL FOR RENEWAL OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES LEVY

The Commission of Chelan County Public Hospital District No. 2 d/b/a Lake Chelan Community Hospital approved Resolution 456 concerning a proposition to provide funds to finance Emergency Medical Services. This proposition authorizes the District to renew a levy of regular property taxes of up to thirty one ($.31) cents per $1000 of assessed property valuation, beginning with taxes payable in 2011 and continuing each year thereafter for ten (10) consecutive years. This levy provides funds for personnel and training costs, equipment, supplies, vehicles, structures and other related expenses for ambulance services. Should this proposition be approved?[2]
