The question on the ballot:
|An additional tax for the benefit of the Lake Local School District for the purpose of CURRENT EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding four and seventy-five hundredths (4.75) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to forty-seven and five tenths cents ($0.475) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.|
