The question on the ballot:

Shall the Governing Board of Liberty Elementary School District No. 25 of Maricopa County, Arizona, adopt a General Maintenance and Operation Budget which includes an amount that exceeds the revenue control limit specified by statute by ten percent for fiscal year 2012-2013 and for six subsequent years as described below? The existing 10% and 5% override authorizations are currently in their first year of the phase out period and have been reduced by one-third. If the override is not approved by the voters for continuation, the existing overrides will phase out by reducing by another one-third for fiscal year 2012-2013 and terminate on June 30, 2013.[3]
