Lisa J. Billy (b. February 21, 1967) is a Republican member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, representing District 42. She was first elected to the chamber in 2004. She is currently an Assistant Majority Whip.

She previously held the position of Assistant Majority Floor Leader and served as a legislator for the Chickasaw Nation from 1997 to 2002.

Biography

Billy earned her B.A. in Business and Fine Arts from Northeastern State University and her M.Ed. in Education from the University of Oklahoma.[1]
