Little Rock, Arkansas: Dianne Curry, three-term member of the Little Rock School Board, announced her intention to run for Lt. Governor in 2014. If elected, Curry would be the first woman to serve in the office, and the first African-American to win a statewide election. She currently serves as President of the Little Rock School Board, a post she has been elected to twice in her tenure.[1]
